Gagan Kathuria

Gagan Kathuria has extensive legal experience, currently serving as Vice President - APJ Regional General Counsel and Vice President Legal at Ceridian since April 2015. Previously, Gagan held the position of Lawyer at Dutt Menon Dunmorrsett from April 2013 to January 2015, and served as Senior Associate at Vaish Associates from July 2012 to March 2013. Gagan began a legal career as an Associate at Seth Dua & Associates from June 2008 to July 2012 and gained initial experience as a Legal Intern at APJ-SLG Law Offices. Academic qualifications include an Executive Programme in Global Business Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta (2017-2018), a Company Secretary degree focused on Corporate & Commercial laws from The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (2006-2008), and an LL.B. from Delhi University (2005-2008).
