Gina Doumate

Gina Doumate is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales strategy and human resources technology. Since November 2013, Gina has served as the Sr. Director of Services Sales Strategy at Dayforce, focusing on driving the go-to-market strategy for the Services Sales division. Prior to this role, Gina held multiple positions at Infor, including ICS Solution Consultant and Solution Architect, where the emphasis was on SaaS Human Resources Service Delivery technology. Gina's career also encompasses significant experience at Enwisen, where roles included Product Training and Process Manager and Manager of the Customer Delivery Team. Beginning in the benefits sector, Gina managed the employee benefits division at Brown & Brown Novato and contributed to business development at Craford Benefit Consultants. Gina holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Advertising and Business Development from the University of North Dakota.
