Irma Avila

Irma Avila serves as the Director of Dayforce Strategic Services - Talent at Dayforce, where extensive experience includes progressive roles within the company since May 2019. Prior to Dayforce, Irma held the position of Director of Channels at Docebo, leading global sales operations and implementing learning management best practices. Previous experience at Adlib Software encompassed several director-level positions focused on sales, partner recruitment, and talent development over nearly a decade. Irma also worked at Oracle Corporation as a Channel Development Manager for EMEA and at Sunopsis managing business development in Eastern Europe and the Middle East. Irma's educational background includes an International MBA from MIP Politecnico di Milano and degrees in Organizational Psychology from Vilnius University.
