Isabel Rodriguez has extensive experience in operations management, currently serving as Operations Team Manager at Ceridian since October 2010. Isabel has successfully led and project-managed the transition of the International Service Center from London to Glasgow, as well as managed startup teams, enhancing customer experience and sales potential through process re-engineering. Prior to Ceridian, Isabel held various roles at NCR from 2005 to 2010, including Operations Manager and Team Manager, where responsibilities included managing client relationships, coaching teams, and ensuring compliance with service agreements. Isabel started the career at RCC as a Customer Care Agent, contributing to service level achievement and customer satisfaction.
