Jeb Dasteel is the President of Dasteel Consulting, LLC and Studio CX, focusing on developing strategies and enhancing AI skills for customer experience and success. Currently, Jeb serves as a board advisor for Mcorp.CX, Foresight, and Dayforce, and is also a limited partner at Stage 2 Capital. Previously, Jeb held the position of Chief Customer Officer at Oracle for 12 years, leading strategies for customer acquisition and engagement. Jeb has co-founded Experience Alliance and has advised numerous Fortune 500 organizations as a consultant. Additionally, Jeb is a published author and contributes to CMSWire on topics related to customer experience and AI.
