Jesse Spencer

Jesse Spencer is a highly experienced design professional with a robust background in product design and creative direction. Currently serving as a Product Design Architect at Dayforce since November 2021, Jesse provides strategic and creative leadership for the Everest Design System and collaborates with the User Experience Research team to integrate user insights into innovative solutions. Prior to this role, Jesse held multiple positions at Workday from June 2015 to November 2021, including Creative Director, where efforts led to the successful development and adoption of the Canvas Design System. Jesse’s career also includes valuable experience as a Product Designer at GridCraft, leading to a successful acquisition by Workday, and as a Visual Designer at Deloitte Digital, delivering innovative mobile products for prominent clients. Educationally, Jesse holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Visual Arts with a focus on Graphic Design from the University of Northern Colorado.
