Joanna Gerum

Joanna Gerum is a seasoned professional in the field of human resources with a comprehensive background in payroll and benefits management. Currently serving as a Principal Consultant at Dayforce since January 2019, Joanna has progressed through various roles, including Senior Consultant and Implementation Consultant. Prior experience includes working as a Payroll and Benefits Coordinator at Roots and as a Payroll and Benefits Administrator at Upper Canada Forest Products. Joanna began her career as a Senior Leader at the City of Burlington. Joanna holds a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree in Human Resources from McMaster University, obtained in 2012.
