Karyn Bishop

Karyn Bishop, CPP, SPHR, is an accomplished payroll and human resources professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as the Director - US Payroll Lead at Pfizer since January 2023, Karyn oversees a team of 20 and manages payroll processing for 40,000 colleagues while ensuring data governance and technology expertise. Prior to Pfizer, Karyn held significant positions at Ceridian, where responsibilities included directing payroll operations and leading client service teams. Karyn also served as Director of Health & Welfare Benefits at Morneau Shepell, managing service delivery for high-level clients. With a strong foundation in human resources and operational management, Karyn's career spans over two decades in various roles, including human resources management and operations management. Karyn earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Bridgewater State University.
