Kathleen Wilcox

Kathleen Wilcox is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic management and customer success across various companies. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Offering Strategy at Dayforce since July 2022, Kathleen plays a crucial role in defining and executing pricing and packaging strategies for products and services. Prior to this, Kathleen worked at Intelex Technologies ULC for over six years in various leadership positions, including Senior Director of Shared Services, where responsibilities included overseeing services sales and customer training, and Presales Director, focusing on revenue growth through strategic engagement with customers. Earlier experience includes notable roles at OpenText, where Kathleen led service programs and learning services, and additional positions in business development and sales management across other organizations. Kathleen holds a BA in French and History from the University of Toronto - Victoria University.
