Katy Gorman has extensive experience in service management and client relations, with a tenure at Dayforce since February 2015, where Katy has held various roles including Senior Manager, Services and Principal Client Partner among others. Prior to this, Katy worked at Tesco Bank from June 2012 to February 2015 in customer service roles, and at the British Council as an English Language Assistant from September 2011 to June 2012. Katy began her career at the Royal Bank of Scotland as a Customer Service Associate from May 2010 to August 2011. Educationally, Katy holds a Master of Arts degree in Foreign Languages and Literatures from the University of Glasgow, completed between 2009 and 2014, and attended Gourock High School from 2003 to 2009.
