Laura D'Andrea

Laura D'Andrea is a seasoned UX Research Manager currently at Dayforce, where responsibilities include leading user experience research efforts since December 2021. Prior to this role, Laura held various positions at Allstate, culminating in Sr. Manager - User Experience Research from November 2014 to December 2021, and previously worked at Aon Hewitt as a User Experience Researcher. Laura's early academic pursuits at the University of Illinois - Urbana-Champaign focused on health literacy among older adults, which was further explored through a Graduate Research Assistant role. Additionally, Laura gained experience as an intern at Baxter Healthcare and as a Research Assistant at Washington University in St. Louis. Laura holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Washington University in St. Louis and a Master of Science in Human Factors from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
