Laura Sheedy is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience in product and UX design. Currently serving as a Senior Product Designer at Dayforce since December 2021, Laura previously worked as a Product Designer at Enlighted Inc - Siemens, where a key accomplishment included the redesign and launch of a legacy building energy analytics dashboard. Prior to Enlighted, Laura held various design roles, including Product Designer at Simppler, where the company focused on machine-learning-powered employee recommendation management, and UX Designer for BAARC, contributing to a website overhaul through stakeholder interviews.
