Lee Altman

Lee Altman has extensive experience in services management and implementation within the HCM integration and customer success sectors. Currently serving as Director of Services at Dayforce and previously as Director of Implementation Services at Ceridian, Lee has consistently demonstrated leadership skills by managing teams, driving revenue growth, and enhancing operational efficiencies. At Benefitfocus, accomplishments include leading an 11-person team, implementing critical process improvements resulting in significant revenue increases, and improving client solution configurations. Lee holds dual Bachelor’s degrees in Economics and Business Administration from the College of Charleston.
