Lucy Young

Lucy Young is an accomplished Executive Assistant with extensive experience in high-level administrative support across various sectors. Currently serving as an Executive Assistant at Dayforce and in a dual role as Executive Assistant to the EVP, Chief Human Resources Officer at Ceridian since March 2020, Lucy has previously held significant positions at BMO Financial Group, where responsibilities included supporting senior executives in finance and operations. Additional experience includes roles at Fife Council, The University of Edinburgh, Bupa UK, Ontario Securities Commission, and Torstar Media Group. Lucy holds a BA in Business Management from Edinburgh Napier University and has completed several higher education programs, including Health Sciences and Legal Services, with ongoing studies at the University of Toronto.
