Manuela G.

Manuela G. is an experienced instructional designer and educator, currently serving as Principal Instructional Designer at Dayforce since September 2022. Prior to this role, Manuela worked at Amazon as a Learning Experience Designer, where responsibilities included identifying training needs and developing learning solutions for selling partners. Manuela also held the position of Training Program Manager at Amazon Web Services, managing the delivery of cloud computing training programs. Previous teaching roles were undertaken at various educational institutions, including Eastside Preparatory School and The Overlake School. Manuela holds a Master’s degree in Applied Linguistics with a focus on Adult Education from the University of South Florida and a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Policy & Economics from Rollins College.
