Matthew Pinto

Matthew Pinto, CHRP, is currently the Director of Services at Dayforce, overseeing implementation processes for Workforce Management, Benefits, Payroll, and Self Service software for medium to enterprise clients. Prior to this role, Matthew served as an Implementation Manager at Ceridian, managing end-to-end implementation lifecycles. Matthew also completed a 16-month internship at Environment Canada as a Junior Meteorological Standards Officer, where responsibilities included translating business requirements into technical specifications and maintaining a relational database. Additionally, they worked as a Technical Underwriting Assistant at Zurich Financial Services, supporting the development of insurance policies and updating databases. Matthew is pursuing a Bachelor of Applied Science in Industrial Engineering at the University of Toronto.
