Melissa Hatcher, CEBS, is currently a Senior Project Manager at Ceridian and a Manager of Project Management at Dayforce. Between 2015 and 2018, they served as a Program Manager at Benefitfocus, and from 2011 to 2014, they worked as an Implementation Consultant at D1 Technologies, LLC. Melissa also held the position of Project Manager at Gyro Trac Corporation from 2006 to 2011, and earlier worked as a Master Student in the Immunology Program from 2002 to 2003. They began their career in customer service and credit investigations at HSBC Auto Finance from 2004 to 2005. Melissa is pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and Biotechnology at Carleton University.
