Michael Cloutier

Michael Cloutier currently serves as Vice President of Services Sales at Dayforce since February 2022. Previously, Michael held various leadership roles at Ceridian from April 2014 to February 2022, including Sr. Director of Services and Implementation Services, where responsibilities encompassed managing complex global projects, client relationships, and a global team of project managers and consultants. Prior experience includes Director of Operations at Prodco International Inc., where Michael established a U.S. division and implemented an international help desk, and General Manager at MedICC, focusing on software development for the contract research industry. Michael began a career in customer service and implementation roles at companies such as ICC and Informatique Computer Craft, and holds a degree from Concordia University.
