Michael Flannigan

Michael Flannigan is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Marketing Director at Dayforce since February 2024, Michael previously held the position of Marketing Director EMEA at Ceridian from October 2018 to February 2024. Prior experience includes leadership roles at Rusada as Head of Marketing and at Leidos and Lockheed Martin as Marketing Manager, where responsibilities encompassed strategic marketing, event planning, content creation, and market analysis. Michael's earlier career includes a Marketing Manager role at Redspire Ltd and an Aviation Marketing Executive position at Gael Ltd. Michael's foundational experience began as an Account Manager at The Media Shop, coupled with a Professional Diploma from CIM and an HND from the University of the West of Scotland.
