Mike Guthrie is the Global Head of Partner Contracting at Dayforce Canada, where they lead global initiatives in partner contracting and commercial development. With over 20 years of experience in legal and commercial leadership, Mike specializes in complex contract negotiations and fostering strategic partnerships. Prior to Dayforce, Mike practiced law at Thompson Dorfman Sweatman LLP, Woodward and Company, and Clement, Murphy and Woodward, handling a diverse range of legal areas including corporate transactions and Aboriginal rights. Mike is currently pursuing a Master of Science at York University, while holding Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Laws degrees with Honours from the University of Manitoba.
