Monique Chelsom

Monique Chelsom is a people-first, results-oriented leader specializing in Product Management and Operations. Currently serving as the Head of Product Operations at Dayforce, they have previously held various leadership roles, including VP of Product Operations at multiple organizations such as Kaseya and IT Glue. Monique's experience spans defining product strategies, managing teams, and leading cross-functional initiatives, all while ensuring alignment with business objectives and enhancing customer experience. They hold a B.A. from Vancouver Island University and a Change Management Certification from the Prosci Change Management Learning Center, alongside a background in holistic nutrition.
