Nem Stefanovic

Nem Stefanovic is the Director of Product Management at Dayforce, where they lead the talent mobility product management team within the Talent Intelligence group. Previously, Nem served as the CIO at Ideal during its acquisition by Ceridian, where they managed compliance, data privacy, and various operational activities. With a Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Toronto and dual M.B.A.s from Cornell and Queen's, Nem has extensive experience in product management, compliance, and technical leadership across sectors such as HR tech and nuclear power. Prior roles include CTO at Kooltra and Assistant Professor at McMaster University.
