Parvinder Sachdeva

Parvinder Sachdeva is an experienced corporate strategist currently serving as the Director of Corporate Strategy at Dayforce since May 2021. Previously, Parvinder held the role of Professor of Practice at McMaster University, co-instructing the Public Policy Analysis course. Parvinder's extensive experience in policy development includes serving as the Deputy Director of Policy to the Minister of Innovation, Science and Industry at Innovation, Science and Economic Development Canada, where key contributions included authorship of Canada’s Digital Charter and leading the development of the Consumer Privacy Protection Act. Other notable roles include Senior Policy Advisor and Special Assistant in the Parliament of Canada, and positions at The Brookfield Institute for Innovation + Entrepreneurship, The University of British Columbia, Social Spark, Ryerson University, TEDxRyersonU, and Posterboard. Parvinder holds a Master of Arts in Economics from The University of British Columbia, a Bachelor of Commerce with Honours from Ryerson University, and a certificate in Entrepreneurship, Strategy and Innovation from the University of Toronto's The Next 36 Entrepreneurship Institute.
