Paul Jelinek

Paul Jelinek is the current VP of Product Management at Ceridian. Prior to this, they were the VP of Product Management at Namely from March 2015 to October 2016. In this role, they were responsible for the management of Namely's Product department and the development of its entire portfolio of HCM products, including HR, Payroll, Benefits, Onboarding, and Performance Management. From November 2013 to November 2014, Paul was the Director of Product Management / Global Mobility Product Line Leader at Mercer. In this role, they were responsible for a suite of technology solutions, including Analytics, Compensation Management, Performance Management, and Global Mobility. As the Global Mobility Product Line Leader, they were also responsible for developing and managing technology solutions that enable growth of Mercer's $75M Global Mobility line of business. Prior to Mercer, Paul was the Product Line Director / Director of Product Management at Ultimate Software from April 2009 to November 2013. In this role, they were responsible for a suite of Employer Solutions & Benefit Services products. Most recently, Paul was the Senior Director Global Product Management at Ceridian from December 2016 to April 2022. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing the product management team and strategies for Ceridian's global product portfolio.

Paul Jelinek has a MS in Finance from Georgia State University - J. Mack Robinson College of Business, a BBA in Risk Management & Insurance from University of Georgia - Terry College of Business, and is certified from the Pragmatic Marketing Institute in Pragmatic Marketing Certification - Level Three, American Payroll Association in Global Payroll Management Certification, and The Risk Management Society (RIMS) in Associate in Risk Management.
