Rahul Katyayan is a Manager of Payroll and Statutory Compliances at Ceridian, where they lead a team responsible for payroll and tax compliance for over 60,000 employees across various clients. With over 15 years of experience in payroll, statutory compliance, accounts, audit, and taxation across India, the UK, and Singapore, Rahul has successfully managed client migrations and system implementations, including Workday and SAP. Previously, they held key roles at Aon, Cowgill Holloway LLP, and Virmani Roy & Kutty, where they developed strong expertise in payroll processing and compliance. Rahul earned an Executive Development Program in Human Resource Management from XLRI Jamshedpur and holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from Vinoba Bhave University.
