Rob Squires

Rob Squires is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the IT and software industries, currently serving as Area Vice President & Head of Sales for Asia & Japan at Dayforce since April 2021, focused on driving revenue growth in Human Capital Management and Payroll solutions. Prior to Dayforce, Rob held leadership positions at HCL Technologies, including Regional Head for DRYiCE software and Enterprise Studio, where the focus was on leveraging AI for digital enterprise transformation. Other notable roles include Senior Director for Greater Asia at CA Technologies, Chief Revenue Officer at Financial Simplicity, and Co-Founder of CCO Frameworks, among others. Rob began a successful career at PeopleSoft as the founding Vice President & General Manager for Asia, establishing a strong footprint in the region. Rob's education includes a Diploma in Information Technology & Business Management from the University of Technology Sydney.
