Santanu Sarkar

Santanu Sarkar has extensive experience in data conversion and systems analysis, currently serving as a Principal Data Conversion Consultant at Dayforce since April 2014, where responsibilities center on extracting, analyzing, transforming, and loading customer data into the Ceridian Dayforce HCM system. Prior to Dayforce, Santanu worked at Cognizant Technology Solutions as a Senior Systems Analyst from September 2006 to April 2014, where duties included leading projects and supporting major clients in payroll and financial services, managing an offshore team, and overseeing application maintenance. Early career experience includes roles at Enterprise System Solution Pvt Ltd and CMC LTD focusing on system analysis, programming, and application support for notable clients in logistics and insurance. Santanu earned a Master of Computer Applications degree in Computer Software Engineering from West Bengal University of Technology, Kolkata.
