Sharon Gabel

Sharon Gabel, MBA SPHR SHRM-SCP CPTD, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and organizational development. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant in Dayforce Strategic Services since August 2021, Gabel has previously held significant HR leadership roles, including Senior Manager of HR Operations and Corporate HR Manager at Builders FirstSource from March 2016 to July 2021. Prior to that, Gabel worked as a Senior HRIS Business Partner focused on Human Capital Analytics and HRIS at Builders FirstSource/Probuild from December 2012 to February 2016. An early career at the University of Denver spanned 13 years, featuring positions such as Associate HR Director for Talent Management and Organizational Effectiveness, as well as Assistant HR Director for Training and Development. Gabel's educational background includes a PhD in Economic Geography, an MBA from the Daniels College of Business, an MA in Geography from the University of Colorado Boulder, and a BA in Biology from Kalamazoo College.
