Shelly Jensen is a Sr. Mgr., Global Learning Services Knowledge Management at Dayforce. With extensive experience in the field, Shelly has held various titles in the learning experience management realm at Ceridian. Shelly's educational background includes graduate studies in Social Sciences from the University of Iowa and a Bachelor of Science in Social Sciences from St. Cloud State University. Currently, Shelly is responsible for scoping, analyzing, developing, and delivering technical curriculum topics for the Dayforce application, focusing on reporting, data exchange, technical troubleshooting, database schema, and querying.
