Sing Chen

Sing Chen has extensive experience in process and solutions architecture, program management, and cross-functional leadership, primarily at Dayforce since January 2013. In the role of Process & Solutions Architect, Sing Chen focuses on enhancing operational efficiency across Product and Technology teams. Previous positions include Senior Manager of PMO Operations, Manager of Program Management, and various leadership roles in global program management and technology delivery. Prior experience includes significant roles at Wood Mackenzie and GE Digital Energy, as well as foundational positions at JP Morgan and in the hospitality sector. Academically, Sing Chen holds a Master's degree in International Hospitality Management and a Postgraduate Diploma in Computer Studies, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Business Law.
