Sonia Lynch is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across different sectors. Currently serving as the Director HR ANZ at Dayforce since May 2022, Sonia leads the Business Partnering function, driving excellence and collaboration to enhance the work life of employees. Prior to this, Sonia worked as a Consultant at Bright People for a brief period, and as the Human Resources Lead at Accenture, where the focus was on organizational development and employee engagement. Previous roles include Head of People & Culture at Epicon, Human Resources Manager at Bradley Allen Love Lawyers, and Employee Relations Manager at Calvary Health Care ACT. Sonia holds multiple degrees from the University of Leicester, including a BA (Hons) in Combined Studies and a Bachelor of Arts.
