Tami Todd is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in managing the implementation of complex Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions. Currently serving as the Sr. Director of Services Programs at both Dayforce and Ceridian since March 2014, Tami is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of Ceridian's HCM solutions through a global team of experts. Previous roles include Program Director and Senior Implementation Project Manager, where Tami led high-complexity SaaS HCM projects, ensuring compliance, client satisfaction, and effective communication among stakeholders. Tami's career includes roles at Target as an Ecommerce Senior Project Manager, and at Ceridian as a Product Rollout Manager, as well as consulting roles at Executive Consultants, Inc., and a foundational position as a Programmer Analyst at Illinois Power. Tami holds a Bachelor of Science in Applied Mathematics from Millikin University.
