William Cruz

William Cruz, CPP, has extensive experience in tax operations and client services. Currently serving as Manager of Tax Operations at Dayforce since March 2022, William oversees the tax team operations in the Philippines and manages the Inquiry and amendment pod with associates from Mauritius, North America, and the Philippines. Prior to this role, William spent nearly a decade at ADP as Client Services Manager, responsible for managing over 200 client accounts focused on employment taxes. Earlier experience includes positions as Call Mentor/Quality Supervisor and Senior Product Specialist at Sykes. William holds a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce from the University of Santo Tomas, completed in 2006.
