Inspired by nature, we empower health and well-being with our most fundamental tool - connection. Dayhouse is an interior design company integrating biophilic design, aesthetics and functionality to connect people with nature and evidence-based self-care. As a research-backed firm, Dayhouse brings the health benefits of nature, physical activities, music, social support, relaxation, and more. Our multifaceted and tailored approach designs every room around client-specific health needs. Dayhouse enables clients to receive the same health benefits experienced outdoors while enjoying their indoor environments by implementing diverse lighting strategies including natural light, views to nature, biomorphic patterns, plants and fresh flowers, natural materials, sounds and smells from nature and other features. Our unique, integrated design framework puts mental, physical, and environmental health first.

Dayhouse is changing the way our clients and our communities interact with indoor landscapes by bringing us back to our roots. Welcome home.
