Daniel Mulkey

Daniel Mulkey is a Senior Optical Engineer at Daylight Solutions, with extensive experience in optical engineering spanning multiple organizations. Previously, Daniel served as an Optical Engineer and Quantum Engineer at Qubitekk, Inc., focusing on nonlinear optical devices for quantum networks and contributing to a variety of optical and optoelectronic tasks. Prior to that, Daniel held the position of Optical Engineer at L-3, where efforts concentrated on fiber optics and imaging technology. Additionally, Daniel has experience as a Graduate Research Assistant, Product Development Intern, and Research Assistant, gaining expertise in optical gyros, quantum dot film characterization, and interferometry. Daniel holds a Master’s Degree in Optics from the University of Rochester and a Bachelor’s Degree in Physics from the University of Oregon.
