Patsy Reeves is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in acquisition and contracting within the defense sector. Currently serving as a Senior Associate at Dayton Aerospace since October 2016, Patsy specializes in organizational change implementation, acquisition strategy planning, proposal preparation, contract negotiation, contract management, process improvement, and workforce development. Prior roles include Executive Director at the USAF Life Cycle Management Center, overseeing a significant workforce and budget, and serving as a Department of Defense Committee Member on the White House Advisory Committee for Senior Executive Service reform. Previous positions include Director of Contracting at various Air Force commands, where Patsy led large contracting teams managing multi-billion dollar contracts for defense programs. Educational credentials include a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Virginia Tech and two Master's degrees, one in Military National Resource Strategy and Policy from the Industrial College of the Armed Forces and another in Business Administration from the University of West Florida.
