David Rees

David Rees is an accomplished television production professional with extensive experience in live sports broadcasting. Currently serving as the Head of Outside Broadcast at DAZN since November 2016, Rees oversees technical production for high-profile global boxing events and other sports within DAZN's portfolio. Previous roles include Heads of Football & Multisport and Football & Rugby at DAZN, managing content production and outside broadcasts for significant football and rugby events across various regions. Earlier experience includes Senior Producer/Director roles at Perform and directing responsibilities for numerous sports and events, including rugby, snooker, and tennis. Rees has also worked with Eurosport, IMG Media, and the BBC, developing a diverse skill set in live production and multi-camera directing over a career that spans several years in the industry.
