Ricki Killen serves as the Global Head of Customer Service - Betting at DAZN since April 2025, previously holding the position of Head of Customer Service Transformation within the same organization. From September 2022 to March 2025, Ricki was the Global Head of Training, Quality & Knowledgebase at DAZN Bet, spearheading global initiatives in training and quality assurance. Prior experience includes the role of Organisational Development Manager at BVGroup, focusing on strategic people development; Product Training Lead at GVC Group, delivering training for CRM and CMS tools; and Department Manager - Training & Development at William Hill, transforming customer operations training. Additional roles include Skills (L&D) Officer at Transport for the North and Training Lead for the Smart Ticketing Programme at Transport for Greater Manchester. Ricki began their career at Merseytravel with various customer service roles. Ricki holds a BA (Hons) in Education and English Literature from Liverpool Hope University.
