Rowena Lai

Rowena Lai has extensive experience in finance and business performance across various sectors, notably in a FTSE 100 company and private equity. After nine years in the Investment team of a leading investment bank and a hybrid private equity/hedge fund, Rowena joined Entain, overseeing business performance and integration efforts. Currently serving as SVP Performance and Product at DAZN, Rowena previously held roles as Group Business Performance and Integration Finance Director at Entain, where they managed significant revenue streams and cost savings initiatives. Rowena holds an Executive MBA from the University of Oxford and is pursuing a degree in Professional Accountancy from The Chinese University of Hong Kong.
