Tim Rance is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in engineering and technical architecture within the gaming and financial sectors. Currently serving as VP of Engineering at DAZN since May 2018, Rance previously held the position of Architect at BBC and was the Chief Technical Officer at 22cans, where key contributions included server system design and the launch of notable games like Curiosity and Godus. A foundational figure at Lionhead Studios from 1997 to 2012, Rance was instrumental in the development of critically acclaimed titles such as Black And White and the Fable series, and played a significant role in the company’s sale to Microsoft.
