Boris W. is an accomplished professional in lean leadership with extensive experience in optimizing manufacturing and organizational processes. They served as an International Lean Consultant at Kärcher from 2014 to 2022, where they developed new lean concepts and training programs while supporting employees and managers in implementing effective strategies. Subsequently, Boris held roles including Manager of Central Factory Engineering and Manager of Process Excellence & Digital Transformation at Kärcher, focusing on team development and project management in production planning. Currently, they are the Head of Process Reliability and Lean Excellence at DB Cargo, overseeing process management teams and driving lean initiatives across national and international operations. Boris holds a Diplom-Ingenieur in Mechanical Engineering and a Master of Science in Mechanical & Process Engineering from Technische Universität Darmstadt.
