Andreas Kutscha

Andreas Kutscha is a Teamlead in KVP and Performance Management at DB InfraGO, where they actively shape continuous improvement processes at the intersection of operations, planning, and implementation. Previously, they served as the Head of Performance Management at DB Kommunikationstechnik GmbH, managing client and production interfaces to ensure high service quality in telecommunications. Their career began at Siemens as a Business Development Administrator, and they later became a Key Account Manager at ARGUS DATA INSIGHTS® Deutschland GmbH, where they excelled in client acquisition and tailored solutions. Andreas holds a Master's degree in Industrial Sales and Innovation Management from Hochschule für Technik und Wirtschaft Berlin and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Hochschule für Wirtschaft und Recht Berlin.
