Darrel Willis

Darrel Willis has extensive experience in retail management and consulting, with a proven track record of improving business performance and operational efficiency. As President and Owner of Creative Colors International from July 2016 to December 2018, Darrel focused on the repair and restoration of a variety of materials. Prior to this, Darrel held multiple positions at Albertsons, including Deployment Manager and Labor Analyst, where labor models were applied to enhance business results. In roles such as Project Trainer and Store Director at Albertsons, significant contributions were made to training and staff management, leading to increased sales and employee engagement. Darrel also served as Director of Labor at Haggen, Inc., overseeing labor management for 100 stores.
