Johnathan Teal, CFRE, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership roles within nonprofit organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant at DBD Group and Principal Servant at Humanity In Motion, LLC, Johnathan previously held the position of Executive Director at 3bird Kids Foundation and was instrumental in overseeing operations at multiple YMCA facilities, including serving as Vice President of Strategic Development for YMCA of Greater Oklahoma City. With a strong background in fiscal management, staff development, and fundraising, Johnathan has demonstrated a commitment to community service and organizational growth since earning a Bachelor's degree in Health and Sports Science from the University of Oklahoma.
