Richard Clegg is a seasoned consultant and leader in the nonprofit sector, currently serving as a Senior Consultant at DBD Group since May 2023. With a robust background at YMCA of the USA from 2006 to 2023, Clegg held several senior roles, including Senior Director of Network Experience, where impactful support was provided to over 800 Y Associations and managed a $10 million budget. Clegg’s previous positions include strategic planning and governance consulting for large Ys and management consultancy that enhanced capacity for numerous YMCAs in Missouri and Illinois. Prior to this, Clegg's leadership experience spanned several positions within the YMCA, including Group Vice President of Operations and Executive Director roles, supporting significant operational budgets and initiatives. Clegg holds a Master’s degree in Human Services focused on Organizational Management and Leadership from Springfield College and a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from The University of Toledo.
