Aries is currently the Managing Director of Human Capital, focusing on enhancing employee engagement and experience at DBS Indonesia. Previously, Aries held various leadership positions in human resources, including Head of Reward and Performance Management at PermataBank and multiple roles at DBS Bank, where they managed compensation policies and advised senior management. Aries also served as a consultant at Hay Group and BearingPoint, providing HR solutions and support for major projects. With a strong educational background, Aries is pursuing Professional Education in Digital Management at the Rotterdam School of Management, having earned an MSc in Applied Economics from KU Leuven and a BA in Finance from the University of Indonesia.
