Deborah Sim

Deborah Sim is currently the Vice President of Regional Bancassurance at DBS Bank, where they lead digital project teams and manage reporting. Having worked at DBS Bank since 2015, they previously held various product management roles, focusing on insurance product development and marketing initiatives. Deborah also has experience in human resource management at the Housing & Development Board, where they handled scholarship branding and selection processes. They earned a Bachelor of Business Administration with Second Class (Upper) Honours from the National University of Singapore and completed an exchange program at Cass Business School.
