Luana Caroline is an experienced Tech Recruiter currently serving as a People Partner at DB since March 2022, leading end-to-end recruitment processes for technology roles. Previously, Luana held the position of Tech Recruiter II at INTERA, focusing on talent sourcing through digital marketing strategies and data analysis for roles in Tech & Business. Luana's recruitment expertise covers a range of technology positions, including BackEnd, FrontEnd, and network security roles. Prior to the tech recruiting career, Luana worked as a Chemistry instructor at Centro Educacional Maria Lygia. Luana holds a Licenciatura in Chemistry from the Universidade Federal do Recôncavo da Bahia and is currently pursuing an MBA in People Management with an emphasis on Organizational Leadership at Unisinos.
