Michael Lee is a seasoned engineering professional specializing in radio frequency (RF) distribution systems with extensive experience in technical advisement and solutions. Currently serving as a Senior Staff Engineer at dbSpectra since February 2013, Michael provides critical support for base station RF infrastructures. Previous roles include R&D Engineer at Nokia Siemens Networks, where interoperability testing for Multimedia Messaging Services was performed, and Senior Staff Engineer at Motorola, focusing on RF laboratory management and CDMA mobile phone interoperability testing. Michael began the career as a Technical Service Engineer at Allen Telecom Group - Decibel Products, concentrating on RF noise analysis. Michael holds a Master of Science degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Virginia Tech, earned between 1982 and 1988.

Soon after the development of the Control Station Combiner, dbSpectra began to provide specialized RF equipment to those in the Two-Way Radio market. In 2005, dbSpectra began manufacturing and supporting legacy Decibel Products LMR site management equipment. The dbSpectra team prides itself on bringing fresh ideas and state-of-the-art engineering to the communications industry.
