Mike Serafin

Mike Serafin has extensive experience in sales and inventory management, with a current role as Purchasing Inventory Control Manager at dbSpectra since April 2018, focusing on inventory planning and asset management. Prior to this, Mike served as Regional Sales Manager at Xcaliber Industrial and held similar positions at FORT WORTH BOLT & TOOL and Fastenal, where Mike significantly increased sales performance. Mike began a career in sales as an Outside Sales Representative at Direct Printing and was an entrepreneur as an Owner/Manager of a CITGO store and Franchise Owner of a 7-Eleven. Mike's educational background includes studies at Raritan Valley Community College and Immaculata High School.
